After a 4-year absence, I am pleased to rejoin many of my former coworkers to provide Raving Fan support to our customers. My 15 plus years of experience has included running mainframe payroll systems, managing client-server networks, on-site installation and training of software, building a brand-new call center, and providing technical support that puts customers first. I have managed to accomplish this in spite of having a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, which I only seem to have used to keep myself out of debt. Originally from Western New York, think Buffalo not NYC, I relocated to the great state of Georgia after one too many winters. My wife Charlene, a true southern belle, likes to tell people that I was just born in the wrong state. When I am not working, you will find me out on the water with a fishing pole in one hand and an adult beverage in the other.
